Refund policy

Due to the textiles being vintage and hand-made, there may be natural slubs and no two pieces will be a-like. The print placement may be different from one piece to the next making each bag uniquely beautiful.  This may lead to variations from the product pictures listed on the website.

CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused with receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately, sale items and pre-orders are not eligible.

Please contact me within 14 days of receiving order at shopsaltwashed@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for your return. If your return is approved, I will email you with further instructions.

REPAIR

I’m happy to offer repairs on any damaged salt|washed bag. Please email me at shopsaltwashed@gmail.com with photos and your order number to start the process.
